Service

What does ClipSquare do?
Give it one topic line and it writes the script, builds the video, adds captions and Korean narration, then rewrites the result to fit YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Threads and TikTok. Items you approve are published through each platform's official API.
Does it post automatically?
Only what you approve is posted. Generation and adaptation are automatic; publishing always passes through the approval screen. See the guide for the full flow.
Could my account get penalised?
We use no unofficial automation or scraping — only each platform's official API with permissions you grant. We never mass-post without approval. Content that breaks a platform's community guidelines can still be penalised, so please review before approving.

Connections

Which channels can I connect?
Instagram Reels, Threads, YouTube Shorts and TikTok. The permissions requested per platform and why are listed in Permissions & policy.
How do I disconnect?
Disconnect from the dashboard's accounts screen and the stored access token is revoked immediately. You can also revoke ClipSquare from the platform's own app-permissions settings.
It says publishing failed.
Expired tokens, platform maintenance and video-spec mismatches are the usual causes. The failure reason is shown as-is in the dashboard; for an expired token, reconnect and approve the same item again. If it keeps failing, send the message to support.

Billing & cancellation

Can I try it for free?
Yes — every new account starts on the free plan, no card required. Plan limits are on the pricing page.
Could generation costs suddenly spike?
No. The estimated cost is shown before generation, and generation stops automatically once your budget is used.
Are refunds available?
Refunds follow the refund policy (Korean). If your case is unclear, contact support.
What happens to my videos if I delete my account?
On deletion we destroy your generated content and connection tokens. Download anything you want to keep first. Retention periods are in the privacy policy (Korean).

Content

How is AI-generated content labelled?
We pass the AI-generated content disclosure each platform requires at publish time.
Who owns the videos?
You do. Detailed terms are in the Terms of Service (Korean).
