Terms of Service
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of ClipSquare (the "Service"), operated by OneClip AI (the "Company"), and set out the rights, duties and responsibilities of the Company and its users.
2. Definitions
- "Service" means the AI-assisted short-video generation and social-publishing support the Company provides.
- "User" means a member who has agreed to these terms and uses the Service.
- "Connected account" means a social-platform account (Instagram, Threads, YouTube, TikTok) that the user owns or is authorised to manage and has linked to the Service.
3. Effect and changes
These terms take effect when posted in the Service. The Company may amend them within the limits of applicable law and will announce the effective date and reasons at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes unfavourable to users).
4. What the Service does
- Generates short videos (Reels, Shorts) from a topic or script the user enters.
- Adapts each video to the format of the target platform.
- Publishes only after the user's own approval, through each platform's official API.
- Collects performance metrics and suggests improvements.
The Company does not support mass automated posting, unauthorised data collection (mining or scraping) or any activity that violates a platform's policies.
5. Formation of the agreement
The agreement is formed when the user accepts these terms and the privacy policy and the Company approves the sign-up (sign-in with Google or Kakao).
6. Fees and payment
Fees and plan contents follow the pricing page. A paid plan is a one-month pass valid from the payment date, sold as a single payment with no automatic renewal. International payments are processed in US dollars by our payment partner PayPal (card or PayPal balance); PayPal issues the payment receipt; customers in Korea pay in Korean won through Toss Payments. Refunds follow the refund policy.
7. User obligations
- Link only accounts you own or are lawfully authorised to publish to.
- Comply with each platform's policies and applicable law (copyright, personality rights, advertising disclosure).
- You, as the approving party, carry final responsibility for the content generated and published.
8. Content and intellectual property
Rights in the content you generate belong to you. The Company processes that data only to provide and improve the Service.
9. Suspension of the Service
The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, outages or force majeure and will notify users afterwards where prior notice was not possible.
10. Limitation of liability
The Company is not liable for damage caused by matters outside its control, such as policy changes, account sanctions or API outages of the external platforms you connect, except in cases of the Company's wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are brought before the court having jurisdiction over the Company's head office as the court of first instance.
